Peanut Butter Powder Cookies

I just love these.  They are so delicious.  I was looking for something to eat this very cold evening and found this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 CUP OF PB2 ORGANIC POWDER
  • 3/4 CUP OF SUGAR
  • 1 WHOLE EGG
  • 1 TSP OF BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF GROUND FLAX SEEDS
  • 1/2 TSP OF SALT
  • 1 TSP OF VANILLA
  • 1/3 CUP OF OIL

DIRECTIONS:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.
  2. PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN MIXER OR BOWL
  3. MIX WELL.
  4. DROP BY HEAPING TSP ON PARCHMENT PAPER
  5. BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES.

I tried to follow the original directions to use a fork to make cross marks but for me I just baked them as was.  They are simply delicious.

NOTE:  I DID USE MY HIMALAYAN PINK SALT THAT I HAVE MIXED WITH BLACK SEED POWDER.  I USED 60% SALT TO 40% BLACK SEED POWDER.

My New Delicious Avocado Toast

Yes this is a new recipe that is both delicious and nutritional.  I made this tonight for myself and boy was it second to none.  See the recipe below.

INGREDIENTS:

  • GREEK YOGURT OR LABANE
  • AVOCADO SALAD OR GUACOMOLE (SEE RECIPE BELOW)
  • 1 SCRAMBLED EGG
  • HERBS OF CHOICE

First make your avocado salad.  I used one small avocado, juice of a lemon (1/2), 1 green onion and a few small red tomatoes (chopped), salt and pepper to taste.

Now scramble one egg with salt and pepper.

Toast you bread.  Spread with a thin layer of greek yogurt of goat labane.  Labane is where you drain the whey off the greek yogurt until you get a thick cheese like texture.

Then add the guacomole on top and then put half the scramble egg on each toast.

Now I topped mine with arugula, but you can use any herb of choice or none.
